Sunday

February 27

1. Emilee woke up happy and with the best attitude before church. It made our morning so much better!
2. Lucy told me that she was NOT going to church today. She told me that she was going to tend Jayne, and have the whole house spotless when I got home just so she didn't have to go. Tempting... then Jayne started saying, "I'm not going to church."
3. Shawn Moon's amazing talk he pulled out of no where right on the spot.
4. Emilee made brownies after church. The chocolate and butter boiled all over the stove and the house filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off. Abbie and Lucy came up stairs scared to death.
5. Jeanette for entertaining Jayne during RS.

Saturday

February 26

1. Having the RS birthday breakfast at my house this morning. It was fun to chat with sisters that I don't always get to very often.
2. Jason took all the kids to Abbie's last game. I was sad that I missed it.
3. Cleaning the church as a whole family. Thank You Paul Adams for getting most of it done early before we even got there. He does more servicie than any other guy I know! Abbie was tired and grouchy today and refused to help clean. So she started walking home when one of our neighbors picked her up and brought her back. She later told me that she felt like she was walking out on Jesus.
4. My handsome boys got haircuts together.
5. A cougar victory over San Diego!!!

5. Lucy shoveled our steps and her and Jayne loved playing in the snow.
6. Max had another amazing game. He just keeps getting better with each game.

Friday

February 24

2. Jason for knowing me completely. He can take one look at me and know exactly what I am thinking.
3. Getting Abbie's US Symbol Report done and making a US Flag out of rice crispy's and decorating it.
4. Stephanie!!! I am so grateful for her willingness to come and speak to our stake tonight. She was always been so genuinely nice about it. I loved hearing the story in her own words and the great spirit she brought. It is really amazing that she has come as far as she has! She is an amazing example and missionary. It was so fun to have Emilee, Abbie, & my Mom and Grandma their with me.
5. I am amazed at how people view her as a big celebrity. I had to practically push people back from mauling her after she was done. That would be hard to live like that. Everyone wanted to give her something or tell her a story about their own life. I had lots of people wanting me to pass on a message to her.

February 23

1. Emilee took Jayne with her to Costa Vida for lunch with all of her friends while I went and helped in Lucy's class. Em got out early for parent teacher conferences and I always take advantage of her help.

5. Jason playing basketball with all of the scouts against him. Of course he never really gave them much of a chance to touch the ball.

February 22

1. Playing hide and seek all morning with Lucy and Jayne. Jayne loves it!!! She loves to count and seek and then when she finds me she always says "Jaynie's turn" and then hides in the same place she found me. Every time I find her she just giggles.
2. A yummy new recipe from Muriel.
3. Mur's new blog.
4. Jason took my cedar chest to fixed. I will never forget the first time he showed it to me in his woods class in High School, and then when he gave it to me all finished when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. He told me that the reason he built it for me was because he knew he'd get it back someday.

After they had packed everything up we finally gave in at almost 10 o'clock. A quick pack up and load the truck. A hairy and high stressful situation once we got there.... & What I am grateful for is prayer, Jason's smart thinking, and a safe return back home that same night. (The doctor told me that she is no longer considered a baby now that she is two... But she will always be my baby!) She was 99.55 %tile in her height, and 36% in her weight. (She takes after her mom, skinny and beautiful.) I feel so blessed to have had 5 healthy kids. Knock on wood!
4. I don't have to give her immunizations again until Kindergarten. I hate holding her down and watching her scream. She was mad at the nurse today.
